Frank’s primary focus is to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the future of Quadrant Capital. Under his guidance the firm has expanded its investment management and wealth solutions capabilities while maintaining a client-centric approach. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Frank leads the firm’s alternative investments platform and oversees high-net-worth investor portfolios.
Frank supports his community through United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley as a Tocqueville Society member and by serving on the UWGLV Campaign Cabinet. In his free time, he can often be found at the track, on the field or the court coaching youth sports.
