Kristen's primary focus is managing the firm’s marketing and communications, investor relations and human capital verticals. She is charged with scaling Quadrant’s brand footprint, actively seeking best practices in external client relations and building a sound internal team culture. Kristen also oversees the firm’s charitable endeavors.
Kristen enjoys being active in the community. She serves is a United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley Tocqueville Society member and serves on UWGLV's Tocqueville Cabinet. She is also a Southern Lehigh Education Foundation board member. A Lehigh Valley native, Kristen lives in Coopersburg with her husband and four children. When not cheering for her kids on sports sidelines, she focuses on fitness and growth mindset practices. She loves spending time at the Outer Banks beaches and rooting for the Hokies.
